Cancellation Policy

XPI Vault membership is designed to be simple: annual access, cancel-anytime control, and optional concierge support when needed.

Annual Membership

XPI Vault membership is $5 per year. Members may cancel before the next renewal period to stop future membership charges.

Concierge Requests

Concierge support is charged only when requested. Because concierge work may begin after a request is submitted, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether planning work has started.

Third-Party Bookings

Hotels, rental cars, cruises, events, dining, and other provider purchases may have separate cancellation or refund rules. Members should review provider terms before completing a booking.
